為應(yīng)對(duì)新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情，山西省于1月25日啟動(dòng)了重大突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件一級(jí)響應(yīng)，堅(jiān)決遏制疫情傳播擴(kuò)散蔓延勢(shì)頭。太原市委、市政府高度重視，統(tǒng)一部署，各項(xiàng)疫情防控工作正在有序展開。在此，我們向在并的各位外籍人士提出如下倡議：
一、關(guān)注官方信息。請(qǐng)關(guān)注太原市衛(wèi)生健康委員會(huì)官方網(wǎng)站(http://wjw.taiyuan.gov.cn)和“健康太原官微”微信公眾號(hào)，獲取新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情官方通報(bào)及太原市定點(diǎn)救治醫(yī)院名單和防治指引措施等信息，或致電12345太原市政務(wù)服務(wù)熱線電話咨詢。
二、加強(qiáng)衛(wèi)生防護(hù)。保持良好的衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣，勤洗手，多飲水?？人?、打噴嚏時(shí)務(wù)必使用紙巾或肘部捂住口鼻，不隨地吐痰，不亂扔亂倒垃圾，廢棄口罩按規(guī)定規(guī)范投放。適當(dāng)開窗通風(fēng)，家居用品每天清潔并定期消毒，注意保持室內(nèi)環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。避免接觸任何野生動(dòng)物或禽類動(dòng)物，肉類和蛋類請(qǐng)徹底煮熟后食用。盡量避免前往人員密集的場(chǎng)所，盡量減少聚會(huì)聚餐等集體活動(dòng)。外出請(qǐng)正確佩戴口罩。
三、做好隔離防控。如果您曾經(jīng)在疫情較重地區(qū)居住、探親或旅行；如果您接觸過從疫情較重地區(qū)回來(lái)并且出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、咳嗽等呼吸道癥狀的人，從最后一天在疫情較重地區(qū)停留，或最后一天接觸從疫情較重地區(qū)回來(lái)并有呼吸道癥狀的人開始算起，請(qǐng)您主動(dòng)居家隔離，持續(xù)觀察自己的健康狀況14天。如果有政府、社區(qū)工作人員、醫(yī)務(wù)人員詢問您的情況，請(qǐng)您積極配合他們的工作。
四、及時(shí)就醫(yī)診治。新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎主要癥狀以發(fā)熱、乏力、干咳為主；鼻塞、流涕等上呼吸道癥狀少見，部分患者起病癥狀輕微，可無(wú)發(fā)熱。如有發(fā)熱、咳嗽等呼吸道感染癥狀，請(qǐng)第一時(shí)間戴好口罩到市衛(wèi)生健康委指定的就近醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)熱門診就診，不要到其他科室看病。
A Letter to All Foreign Friends in Taiyuan
In order to curb the outbreak of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), Shanxi Province has activated Level I Public Health Emergency Response since 25th January. The CPCTaiyuan Committee and Taiyuan Municipal People’s Government attach paramount importance to the situation and have made unified arrangement and deployment of resources. Prevention and control work is being conducted in a well-managed and orderly way. Hereby we recommend the following practices to all foreign friends in Taiyuan.
I. Follow official information release. Visit the official website of Taiyuan Municipal Health Commission or follow "太原健康官微" (the official WeChat account run by Taiyuan Municipal Health Commission) for the epidemic updates, the list of designated hospitals in Taiyuan, and prevention and control guide. You can also call the government service hotline 12345 for inquiry.
II. Strengthen prevention and self-protection. Keep good hygiene by washing hands often with soap or alcohol-based sanitizer. Drink plenty of water. Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or with flexed elbow when coughing or sneezing. No spitting. Dispose of garbage properly and dispose of used face masks properly according to instructions.Air rooms properly, clean houseware every day and sanitize them regularly, and keep rooms clean. Avoid close contact with any wild animals or birds. Cook eggs and meat thoroughly. Avoid crowded places, gatherings, parties and other group activities. Wear face mask correctly when going out.
III. Take isolation and prevention measures. If you have stayed in or travelled to the areas of major epidemic outbreaks, or if you have been in close contact with people returning from those areas who are suffering from respiratory symptoms such as fever and cough, please stay at home and monitor your health condition for 14 consecutive days, starting from the last day of your stay in the contaminated areas or the last day you had close contact with a suspected carrier. Please cooperate with government or community staff or medical staff if they inquire about your condition.
IV. Go to a designated hospital in time.The major symptoms of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) include fever, fatigue and cough. Upper respiratory symptoms such as nasal obstruction or running nose are rarely seen. For some patients, the symptoms begin mildly, even without a fever. If you have respiratory symptoms such as fever or cough, please go to the fever clinic of the nearest hospital designated by TaiyuanMunicipal Health Commission with a mask on and do not go to other departments of the hospital.
